Book not received - will reorder

Typically I would comment about the positive aspects of book selection process, payment of fees, and the promptness of delivery, but I cannot -- I have not received the book, despite a complete history of that delivery. I cannot explain the problem as I am unaware of parcel pirating in my neighborhood.

I Am So Satisfied and happy with thriftbooks I have been getting my books here for years they're old looking good condition prices are great I found a lot of good books that I never thought that I would find especially about diabetes their books help me a lot cookbooks for my grandkids there's a whole variety to select from you can't go wrong I give him five stars thank you thriftbooks for all the help that you have given me the amazing prices for your books

When this happens, just tell them and they'll give you a refund. Books are sent via USPS, so good luck with a tracking number. Very occasionally they will lose a shipment, and this is not Thriftbooks' fault.
